This is an example of a video being used to promote a local restaurant business.

Process: We collated reviews, photos, selling points & awards and combined them into a one minute video.

Placement: This content was member’s only content sent to them directly. However, placement of such videos could be through any or all of the normal channels, including Social Media, Websites & Email.

Result: Support tickets relating the demonstrated website were minimised, saving support time & cost whilst delivering higher customer satisfaction & service via step by step video tutorials, which resulted in people staying members for a longer period of time.

Process: Footage of the villa & area are fused together.

Placement: The video was embedded on multiple websites where the villa was placed & also optimised on YouTube for key search phrases.

Video to share customer testimonials & build social proof to increase sales

  • Purpose:: To help position client as expert
  • Reasoning:: Utilise 'hidden assets' such as press, qualifications, interviews that are sat dormantly on a hard-drive or on a shelf, and turn them into video content
  • Uses:: Social Media sharing, embedding on websites, inclusion in emails, YouTube & video SEO

This is an example of natural, ‘on-site’ client testimonials being used to generate social proof.

Purpose: To get real life, natural testimonials from participants who have just experienced the product / service. To provide genuine social proof to help improve sales for future events.

Process: Participants are interviewed immediately after they have benefitted from the product or service (in this instance, right at the end of the training course).

Placement: The video is embedded on the sales page, to boost prospect confidence & reduce any doubts they may have. The video is optimised & shared on YouTube & on social media platforms with links back to the sales page.
